Both women's and men's soccer teams are moving closer to winning the South Region of the NWAC and securing a 1
st round bye in the playoffs.
The
men's team, with a 2-0 win at Rogue on October 21
st, have just two games remaining on their schedule and have fate in their own hands. The Penguins face Portland Community College on Friday, October 23
rd (2:00pm) at Harmony Sports Complex. With PCC sitting in the #2 spot in the South and 7 points behind the Penguins, either a draw or a win will secure the Penguins as the South Region champions. Prior to the match on Friday, all the sophomores on Clark's team will be recognized. The sophomores on the 2015 team include:

The Clark
women, coming off of an impressive 12-0 win at Rogue, also sit in 1
st place currently in the South. However, the race to the top is a tight one with rival Lane College, who the Penguins will face in their final home game. But first, they have a key game against Clackamas College On Saturday, October 24
th. A win will help their bid for the south region Championship, but the title will most likely come down to the final game vs. Lane. Prior to the game on October 24
