Favorite Volleyball memory: My favorite memory was the NWAC Finals my freshman year. Losing in the first round but coming back all the way through the loser bracket. Nothing felt better than telling a few of our select players they can’t play in the sophomore games because we had a championship to chase that day. Walking on to the court to play the championship game with all the schools scattered around the court, some cheering for us and others not was riveting.

What brought you to Clark? The dental program at Clark and the beautiful campus. All the good eating spots around it helped too!

High school highlights? Senior year I was awarded the MVP award. I was also named a Scholar Athlete every year in high school. My junior year we took our school to the State Tournament for the first time in many years.

Favorite Movie: All the Mr. Bean movies!

Favorite thing about volleyball: Being able to come to practice after a long day and just forget about everything you have going on. I have been blessed always end up on a team that can make me smile even on my darkest days.

Plans after Clark? I plan to transfer to a four-year university to finish up my chemistry major before going to dental school at OHSU where I can also work on a minor in business in hopes of someday opening my own orthodontic practice in the Downtown Portland area.
