Biography

Mia Beightol is coming off of a first place finish at the NWAC Cross Country Championship race that earned her runner of the year for the conference.  

HS Athletic Accomplishments: USATF All-American, District 8 Champion in 800m & 1600m, School record in 800m & 1600m, MCC Champion in 1600m, MCC First Team in XC/800m/1600m
