Clark College Athletics

In his first season as head coach for the Lady Penguins, Castagnola, saw instant success as usual. Posting a 14-2-1 record and clinching the south region regular season title. At the end of the season, the team competed hard for a 2nd place finish in the NWAC tournament, keeping a tradition of success alive for Clark College soccer heading into the future. 

Jeff Castagnola joins the Clark Penguins staff as one of the most respected coaches in SW Washington. A coaching director at the Washington Timbers FC, Jeff has been coaching in our community for over 10 years. As the Vancouver, WA Regional Training Center Director, Coach Jeff is responsible for overall management of the Portland Thorns youth soccer development in SW Washington. Jeff also is an Oregon ODP coach, where he coaches the best players in Oregon and SW Washington.
 
Jeff lives in Camas, WA with his wife Kelly. He recently sent his son, Clayton, off to Western Washington University. Jeff has a double major from the University of Oregon in Sociology and Geography
