Biography
Kayla comes to Clark from Aniak, Alaska, where she played at Aniak Jr/Sr High School. She is the daughter of Lee and Rosalie Morgan. She has three siblings, two brothers Ethan and Lee Jr. and one sister, Audrina. She plans on studying elementary education while here at Clark.
High School: She was a dual sport athlete for the Halfbreeds during her prep career, participating in volleyball and basketball. She was a letter award winner in both sports. She was named an All-State selection in basketball 3 times, she was named to numerous All-Tournament teams throughout her prep playing career and she was a 3 time 3-point contest Champion as well.
Her Halfbreeds basketball team were 4 time Regional Champions and in 2018, Kayla's senior season, they won the Alaska 1A State Championship.
She was also the President of Student Government while in high school and participated in Academic Decathlon. She was a winner in the speech category and 2nd overall in her grade during the decathlon.
Why did you come to Clark: To continue playing basketball
Plans after Clark: To go to a 4-year and finish my degree and possibly play basketball
