Coach Melcher joined the Clark staff this season. He has coached for the past 20+ years, at the middle school, high school level as a freshman, junior varsity, varsity assistant and varsity head coach. He also coached as a Graduate Assistant Coach at the NCAA Division 2 level (Western Oregon University) as posts coach. He comes to the program with a track record of developing posts for collegiate programs and rebuilding programs into winners.
