Rashard Boston has been coaching for 21 years. He has coached at every level from freshman team to head coach at the varsity level. Coach Boston comes to us form Anchorage, Alaska where he coached at. He has spent the majority of his 21 years of coaching in Alaska. He spent his first year's at Service high school coaching the freshman and junior varsity programs boys team from 2004-2006. He then coached at West high school from 2006-2008 where he was the head assistant of the girls varsity program where he helped get the program back to the state tournament in over 20 years. In 2010 he went back to coaching the boys freshman team and assiting the boys varsity team. In there 2011-12 season the boys varsity team made runner-up in the state tournament. Coach Boston got his first head coaching position in 2013 at Eagle River high school. Rashard is right now in a double masters program in coaching education and teaching. He continues to strive for more experience and knowledge in coaching. He would like to continue to move up the ranks of coaching college basketball and maybe teach physical education at the high school level.
