Spencer Moe joined the Clark College Track and Field team in the fall of 2015. In his time with Clark College he has coached 7 athletes to 13 All-American finishes including the 2017 Men’s Javelin champion. Coach Moe specializes in the throws, but assists in multiple events. Coach Moe competed collegiately at Portland state where he is Top 10 all time in the Hammer throw.
Coach Moe has been coaching for over 10 years including working the prestigious Ironwood Throws Camp during that time as well as interning with World Class coaches with Altis training group such as John Godina, Dan Pfaff, Stuart McMillan, and many other world class athletes. Coach Moe’s passion for the sport comes from wanting to help any athlete whose willing to work hard and be committed to the program start to finish.
Coach Moe lives in Portland Oregon and has lived in the Pacific Northwest his whole life.
