Jeff Lukowiak

Lukowiak joins the Penguin family with a loaded resume. In total, he boasts 19 years of coaching experience with both men and women at the youth and high school level. Its during this time Lukowiak gained his coaching experience with numerous programs including Ridgefield High School, Washington Timbers Football Club, Washougal High School, US Soccer Federation, Camas Washougal Soccer Club, and the USCGA. Having spent the previous two years as the head coach of Ridgefield High School's Women's Soccer program, he led the program to a 12-3 finish their last season and a 11-2 record the year prior. During this time Lukowiak coached his team to a District Championship and the State Finals Tournament.
 
Lukowiak believes in creating a positive and long-lasting student-centered culture in his coaching. He accomplishes this by taking a wholistic approach in putting just as much emphasis on academic and personal development as he does athletic development.
 
Originally hailing from the Midwest, Lukowiak has spent the last 22 years in the Pacific Northwest. Outside of coaching, he currently works in the financial industry as a Financial Planner. Prior to breaking into finance, Lukowiak dedicated 22 years to the US Coast Guard, serving as Special Agent for the Coast Guard Investigative Service. There he planned and directed many time-sensitive and high-profile criminal investigations of illegal acts against the United States, under the jurisdiction of the US Coast Guard, Department of Transportation, FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force and Department of Homeland Security within the country and abroad. Jeff retired from the military as the Resident Agent in Charge of the Portland, OR Field Office.
 
Lukowiak holds a strong passion for his community and has previously spent time as a former board member of the Camas Educational Foundation and Camas Citizens for Quality Schools. He and his wife Karen reside in Camas, WA with their two children Jenna and Hayden. In his spare time, Lukowiak enjoys skiing and camping.
