Aaron Tasker is heading into his first season as the Head Coach of the men's soccer program, after assisting for the past two seasons with the program.

Aaron holds a USSF C License and currently serves as the Head Coach of the Vancouver Victory, while also leading as the Girls Varsity Soccer Coach at Mountain View High School. His experience spans elite player identification and development roles, including five years with Oregon Olympic Development Program (ODP) and three years as the Portland Timbers/Thorns Regional Training Center (RTC) Director. He has also been deeply involved with PTFC Camps for nine years as both a coach and camp director.

Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Aaron developed his competitive foundation playing for a top-level club program throughout the Western United States. He captained his high school team and led the squad in assists before continuing his playing career at Phoenix College. He later played club soccer at Arizona State University, where he studied Kinesiology, and went on to compete in the MASL league.

Aaron’s coaching philosophy centers on intentional player development, technical excellence, and confidence in match situations.
