Clark College Athletics

Matt comes to Clark from right here in Vancouver, Washington, where he was a prep standout at Kings Way Christian School. He is the son of his mother Lynelle Aarhus. He has four brothers, Kenny, James, Joe and Mike. He plans on studying Business here at Clark. 

High School: During his prep career for the Knights, Matt was a three sport standout, playing football, basketball and baseball. He lettered in all three multiple times. 

He was an All-League 1st Team for football and All-State for football as well. He was 2nd Team All-League in basketball. 

His baseball team won the State Championships for 1A in 2017. He also played on the Trico League Championship team in 2017 as well. 

Why did you come to Clark: To pursue basketball and further my education

Plans after Clark: To transfer to a 4-year university and pursue my educational goals and possibly play basketball.
