Redrick is in his first season as an assistant coach for the penguins. He was a former basketball player a a National Junior College, Allen Community College before transferring to finish his career at Multnomah University. In his college career he went from being a manager to earning All-Conference honors in the Cascade Conference. He has interned for MaxHoops, which runs showcases for high school basketball players, and been an individual trainer for player development. Redrick has a true heart for the education and advancement for young people and that drives his passion for coaching.
