Erin Guidarelli

Erin is a BOC-credentialed athletic trainer licensed in both Oregon and Washington. A Portland native, she attended Central Catholic High School, where she participated in soccer, basketball, and softball. She played Division II intercollegiate softball at Humboldt State University (now Cal Poly Humboldt) in Arcata, California, earning her B.S. in Kinesiology: Pre-Physical Therapy with a minor in Philosophy: Ethics & Values.

Erin went on to earn her M.S. in Athletic Training with honors from Pacific University in Oregon, where she was voted the 2019 Outstanding Graduate by the program faculty. Her concentration in interprofessional communication supported her work across a wide range of settings, including industrial environments, orthopedic surgery, combat sports, performing arts, and Special Olympics in both Oregon and Washington.

Erin served as Director of Sports Medicine for the Portland Pickles Baseball Club for six seasons before joining the Athletes Unlimited Softball League (AUSL) expansion team, the Portland Cascade, as part of their sports medicine staff. She has also contributed to the athletic training profession through leadership roles with NWATA and WSATA, including serving as Connection and Engagement Committee Chair for NWATA and a Public Relations Committee member for WSATA. Erin also serves as an NWATA Koto-Steele Student Quiz Bowl Judge, a BOC tutor, and a volunteer My Challenge Questions (MCQ) Writer for the BOC Pathfinder Recertification Pathway.

Erin was named Healthy Roster Collegiate Athletic Trainer of the Year (2024) and is a 2026 nominee for the Perry Weather Athletic Trainer Excellence Award. She is also a preceptor for the Pacific University MSAT Program.
