Growing up I played every sport I could, but Baseball was just different, it was in my blood.  In 1989 my world was flipped upside down, when I was informed we would be moving to a town called Brush Prairie,Washington.  I was living in a rough part of New Jersey at the time, so it was a cultural shock to say the least.

Attending Prairie High School, I met my beautiful wife Jennifer and I’m proud to say we’re still together 30 years later.  Along with meeting my dream girl, I was also introduced to legendary Baseball Coach Don Freeman, who I still speak with today.

I wasn’t very big and the epitome of a late bloomer, so by the time my senior year rolled around, I was faced with the difficult decision to give up on sports and go to work, as college just wasn’t an option financially.  It didn’t take long for me to realize my competitive nature and strict attention to detail made me “unemployable” so I decided to start my own business, which I still operate to this day.
By choosing this path, I was able to get back into the game of baseball by my early 20’s through maintaining a high school friendship with gentlemen who was now playing in the Major Leagues.

During those years I was able to pick the brains of some great baseball minds and I really started to understand the swing and then I became obsessed with it. By 2010 I was back in the game coaching my son Kevin, who went on to play baseball at the Division 1 level. My wife and I also raised a beautiful daughter Kaitlyn, who attended Auburn University on an athletic scholarship. 2019 Mark “Mags” Magdaleno comes into our lives.  I helped him with his baseball business and then the friendship blossomed into a baseball mentorship that continues today.
