AWARD Criteria 

To be eligible for consideration, a nominee shall have: 

-Performed with distinction as a member of the varsity team in the sport(s) in which the student has 

been nominated. 


-Conducted himself or herself, both on and off the field, in a manner that has brought credit to the student, the college, intercollegiate athletics, and the ideals and objectives of American higher education. 


-Been enrolled in and participated athletically for Clark College during the current athletic year. 


-Distinguished himself or herself athletically in the current academic year.  Consideration of prior athletic accomplishments should be, at best, secondary in selecting Athlete of the Year nominees.
