VANCOUVER, Wash. - Game 1 - Despite a strong start and a few standout performances, the Clark Penguins came up just short in a 7–4 loss to Tacoma in a competitive nine-inning matchup.

Offensive Highlights

  • Kaiden Hernandez continued to spark the offense, going 2-for-3 with two runs scored and two stolen bases, setting the tone from the DH spot.

  • Evan McGuire delivered a key RBI double in the middle innings, finishing 1-for-4.

  • Andrew Israel and Jase Pashales each added RBIs to keep Clark within striking distance.

  • Trevin Long added a sacrifice fly, contributing to a balanced team effort at the plate.
