VANCOUVER, Wash. - The NWAC Track & Field championships were held at Mount Hood Community College on Monday and Tuesday. Many penguins earned their spots on the podiums, with one individual champion crowned.
Freshman javelin thrower,
Kolten Snyder, was the sole individual champion for the penguins. His longest throw reached 199.10 in the Javelin, besting the next closest competitor by nearly 5 feet.

The men's team finished the meet with a combined 57 points securing the 5th position. The women's team finished with 61 points in the 6th position.
